Some progress but not much.
I have finished pre-washing the main parts of the kit and now ready for assembly.

This process realy shows you how much excellent detail there is in the Hasegawa kit.

cheers
Kev

Nice project Kevin!
But on the right side of fuselage (picture DSCN1345.JPG) you must blank off exhaust from starter unit. The starter is typical feature of A-4M, but is not present on A-4N.

As I am doing this bird in flight, I tried adding a pilot.
On Craigs advise, I tried using the Hasegawa F-16 pilot with the new helmet.

Problem: His bum in too fat. :(
I have started carving away his behind to make it fit the A-4 seat but not looking promising.
Any suggestions for where I can find a pilot with a skinny bum

Will post some pics soon

cheers
Kev

Make a mold on the figure you have,
Cast Resin..
It will shrink by itself... :!:

How goes the pilot's weight loss program? Any progress? Hope you have not abandoned this for some silly target GB!
